∙ 13y agoThe more you put the lighter the cake will be in it's texture, and it does depend on the size of the cake. Two large table spoons should do the trick, as that is what I use, but not heaping. But remember to add extra sweetner, or extra vanilla extract to avoid the stronger taste of the mayo.
