The main body of the pencil is made from soft wood which is naturally boyant, the pencil 'lead' is not lead at all but a much lighter substance called graphite. Your pencil is just not heavy enough to sink.
It can draw a line about 35 miles.
This is not a valid conversion; milligrams (mg) and grams (g) are measures of weight or mass while milliliters (mL or ml) measure volume.
approx. you have to use the force of 5.2 to break a pencil
you cant measure a pencil in milliliters. how about grams?

None. It is graphite not lead in a pencil. How much graphite in a pencil? About 2/3 cubic inch (=6" x pi * (3/16)^2)
None. There is no lead in pencils. What is commonly called lead is actually graphite.
For the same reason a pen is not a pencil. Mass = weight Volume = how much space it takes up. Ask yourself this question. What weighs more, a pound of lead, or a pound of feathers? Imagine it in your head, what each would look like and that gives you the answer.
Its the mass that measures the matter in an object
If lead pencils were the ONLY thing you ate, it would kill you in a lot less time than that. Pencils do contain some digestible fiber (in the wood), while the graphite "lead" doesn't provide much in the way of nutrition. The "lead" in a pencil is actually not the element lead, which can be toxic; it is graphite, which is powdered carbon. Eating one pencil "lead" is pointless, but harmless.

3 grams.
0.5 lead may or may not be equivalent to a #2 pencil. #2 refers to the hardness of the lead, while numbers referring to mechanical pencil leads such as 0.5mm and 0.7mm refer to the width of the lead. 0.5mm lead will be finer and likely more prone to breaking, but can allow much finer lines to be drawn. 0.7mm lead will usually be slightly more resistant to breakage, but will have thicker lines.
Mass measures the amount of matter in a sample.
kilometers measures distance and grams measures weight or mass. You can not convert one to the oher.
Actually, the "lead" of a pencil is not lead at all. It is actually graphite. If it were lead, you would get very sick and die from lead poisoning...and as tasty as that pencil tip may look, it probably wont taste good and you really shouldn't eat it. Nonetheless, the graphite probably wont hurt too bad even if you decide to eat it.
