Y ou can glaze it about 30 min before the cook time is finished and put it back in oven, but for a moister ham i glaze a room temp ham and then put it in a 375 oven for 30 min just to melt the glaze and warm up the meat a little (the ham is cooked when you buy it) and it wont dry out
