Their fee was once $199 but now it has been reduced to $99. This fee is a portion of your state's insurance license and background check. There is also a $25 Monthly fee to use the Web Service POL

In the contract, it says you have 120 days to get a refund (minus $30 processing fee). This is the only current upfront fee at the time (May 2009), however, there is a monthly training class that also has a fee.
