Gods plan for me is to start a homeless shelter where it will not just be a temporary place for them but a stepping stone. Where they can get job training and assistance in looking for housing. I just don't know where to start. First I wanted to know how much money you think it would take to get it started? I am looking for an abandon church as the building and I will get a van to pick up homeless once I have it ready and take them there.
hell, lets see,250k to 500k or more to start a company. not really sure.
I would like to start a drivers education business in Kansas, where do I start?
To start a franchise, figure out which store you would like to own a branch of. Get a place for your store that meets all requirements. Hire employees and let the money come in! I'd also recommend talking to your local City Hall for any special requirements you need to meet.
To make more money
to take a brand of that paticular business
If a woman has no car, home, job, or money then she can go to a homeless shelter. If there is no homeless shelter in the area, she can contact police to help find her a place to stay overnight.
There are no degree requirements. You would be more concerned with funding and meeting the licensing requirements.
no you cannot that would be illegal
I would use the care package as a need of surival, whatever came in the package you should be able to keep warm and fed if the weather is cold and you are unable to gain shelter at the homeless shelter.
You would have to hide your trash due to homeless cats and dogs.you can stop homeless overpopulation by not letting your dogs go instead take them to a shelter
If your talking about a strait up homeless person then they would probably go to a shelter or a friends house, but if your talking about a hobo then the would sleep in a dumpster or a cardboard box.
Why would you want to start up a cattery? when there are so many poor homeless kitties at your local animal shelter? Do the world a favor and just Spay or neuter your cats.
If a person is homeless, the unemployment checks would normally be sent to a post office box. It is unlikely a State would address unemployment checks to the address of a shelter.
Get a bunny!! EDIT: It depends. Do you have enough time to look after a rabbit? Do you have a place to keep a bike? If it is about how much money you have, I would suggest buying a second hand bike and getting a rabbit from an animal shelter. Both are better for the environment and for the homeless shelter rabbit.
By becoming a "priority" like moving into a homeless shelter.
yes, i do believe so, BUT i don't think one would want to.
A good place to start would be Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee. They focus on not only finding you a job but giving you the skills necessary to succeed. They have many outreach programs for the homeless. Also getting into contact with the Nashville Homeless Power Project might not be a bad idea. They are a community activist group that fights on the behalf of the homeless and are part of a coalition that helps the homeless get back on their feet.
