India's first nuclear reactor is situated in the ''Rajasthan, porbandar.''
Tarapur, Maharashtra, started operation 1969

India's first nuclear reactor is called the Apsara reactor. It was commissioned in August 1956 at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in Mumbai.
The Cirus reactor was a nuclear research reactor located at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in Trombay, Mumbai, India. It was permanently shut down in 2010.
Dhruva
A Nuclear Reactor.
The nuclear reactor wasn't invented in India. Nuclear power was being researched in England, Germany, Austria, Russia and the USA during the 1930s and 1940s. Idaho was the location of the first electricity generation using a nuclear reactor in 1951 with Russia operating the first to supply electricity to a grid. India's entry to nuclear power generation followed many years after the intial development work has been completed.
The KAMINI (Kalpakkam Mini) reactor is a Uranium-233 fueled, demineralized light water moderated and cooled, beryllium oxide reflected, low power nuclear research reactor. It is located in the post irradiation examination facility of Radio Metallurgy Laboratory, Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam, India. A link is provided to the Wikipedia article.
Nuclear reactor kinetics is the branch of reactor engineering and reactor physics and control that deals with long term time changes in reactor fuel and nuclear reactors.
India's First Nuclear Reactor was Apsara. It was also the first nuclear reactor in Asia. Apsara went critical at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Trombay on August 4, 1956. It heralded the arrival of India's nuclear energy programme. Dr. Homi Bhabha himself conceptualised the design of the reactor and the reactor was built entirely by Indian engineers in a record time of about 15 months.Apsara is a swimming-pool-type reactor loaded with enriched uranium as fuel. The fuel core is suspended from a movable trolley in a pool filled with water. The pool water serves as coolant, moderator and reflector, besides providing the shielding.
An Ark reactor as currently describe in comic is very much like a Nuclear Fuel Cell. Possibly convert energy from Nuclear reaction to power. Possibly a plasma nuclear fusion reactor. I believe in the future it could be made. See the link and compare the similarity of fusion reactor and Ark reactor.
