What do you know about social conditions in rural Norway during the German Occupation. Is there anything available in English?

I have rather limited info on this, but I live in the north, and during the war all of the north was rural, (and the rural parts were even more so). This meant that there was limited living space, and as a consequence most households had to house at least one German soldier.
