How much of a horsepower gain will you get with a 70mm Termignoni exhaust on a 1098s Ducati?

Properly installed, that system is good for about a 10% bump in horsepower...so figure about 15 hp give or take a few ponies. The system is very LOUD so be prepared to wake the neighbors.

Yes they are. I have the 1098s which goes up to 300km/h.

To be honest, the best bike, is the one you like the most. However, the fastest bike is the turbo Hayabusa, over 250MPH, currently the world record holder. For pure aesthetics, the Ducati Desmosedici (road version) is beautiful, well worth a look.
