take the 2 Phillips head screws out and pop the cap off put the new bulb in ur good to go
The answer is simple. It's all in the trim. The Caprice for that year was basic. Nothing, if anything, powered. Mostly manual windows, bench seat, manual to move seats, just a plain car.
