An 89 Cutlass Ciera holds 7.4 quarts of transmission fluid. When servicing the vehicle, a portion of the fluid remains in the transmission and will not be added back.
Take out the screws that hold it on.
i have a 90 cutlass ciera with a v6 3300 and just replased that. it is called a combanation sensor. its the crankshaft and cam together located at the back of the harmonic balancer attached to the block. it has 2 bolts on the right side holding it to the block a one in the middle to hold the sensor in place and the sensor sits in it and faces the harmonic balancer on the back of the interrupter rings

On my 92, you turn off radio, then hold down the little "set" button to right of radio/clock, then, with other hand, hold either search or scan button for hours or minutes
Your tank should be a 16 gallon tank. That is what mine is, I have a 1993 also.
There are 2 bolts that hold the starter in place and 2 nuts that hold the wiring to the solenoid.
most cars use about two cans of r12 refrigerant but a qualified tech should be checking your a/c
Back seat has to come out and the rear package tray too and then you can get to the bolts that hold the speakers in.
well 16 gallons maybe 18 if ya squeeze as much as you can get in there
