I have had cases where the V-8's in the van's only take 4.25 qts. That is were I would start. But be prepared for it to take upwards of 5 - 5.5qts. On top of the engine block. You'll need to remove that engine cover inside the van to get at it. It's in the big round cleaner assembly.

At tireplus.com they offer an oil change for a mini van at the price of $22.95. I am not sure about there creditability but that is one place where you can get an oil change.
