** As for the oil I recommend Amsoil Synthetic 5W-40 European Oil **
Should be 6 or 8, depending on the engine size.
Manufacturer suggests Mobil1 100% synthetic. Synthetic oils have a higher operating temperature the engine will not last if a non synthetic or conventional oil is used because of the high heat especially in the air cooled Porsche engines. Many older Porsche owners say to use a synthetic blend so that the conventional portion of the oil is thought to help keep leaks to a minimum. Mobil1 is my first choice. DO NOT use a cheap domestic oil. Your cars manual should tell you the recommended oils.
the dealer should have a piece of paper showing Porsche cpo and the checklist went through and signed by the technician and sales manager. And you should get the CPO warranty paperwork with the car when you sign out at the finance desk.
I dodged the bullet on that one by not using synthetic oil in my car. If I did, I would be sure to change it at least as often as my owner's manual stipulates so I don't void my warranty.
E
depends on the model 944, 924, 951, 928, 968, Cayenne=Front mounted engine 356, 911, 912=Rear Boxster, 914, Carrera GT, Cayman= Mid engine This may not be a complete list but should help I don't claim to be an expert if this is incorrect.
It is typically okay to use synthetic ATF to top off a transmission originally filled with conventional ATF, or to replace conventional ATF in a transmission. However, you should always check with the manufacturer of the synthetic ATF you want to use if it is compatible with conventional fluids, and if it meets the requirements for your application.
Sadly... no. We all should agree that there should be though.
Yes, absolutely he should.
If it is the synthetic blend, you should change the oil every 3,000 miles. If it is a full synthetic, you should change the oil every 5,000 miles.
5W-30 Synthetic or Synthetic blend.
Most of the drugs are synthetic as on today. So unless and until mentioned specifically drugs are SYNTHETIC. So above drug should be synthetic.
