There is not a set price based on the size of the envelope. The final amount of postage will depend on the weight, the destination of the envelope and the thickness and/or the rigidness of the parcel.
For flat paper items, postage goes by weight, not by size.
You will need postage for the weight of the envelope (probably 2 ounces, for 4 sheets of paper in a 10x13 envelope), plus a surcharge for the size of the envelope. Best guess: $1.19 for first class mail within the United States, as of Feb. 2014.
If in any doubt, take the letter to a post office. In the UK, apart from the weight, the size and thickness of the envelope can influence the final cost of postage.
1st class letter price which is 46 cents as of Oct 2013
$0.95 if it's a regular envelope; $1.50 if it bends easily and in a larger envelope; $2.12 if it's rigid or more than 1/4 in. thick and in a larger envelope.
Postage depends on the size and weight of the letter you are sending. USPS first-class mail stamps start at forty four cents for letters under two ounces.

Square EnvelopesSquare envelopes are subject to the $0.20 nonmachinable surcharge. As of May 11, 2009 a regular first class stamp is $0.44 so postage for a square envelope is $0.64Technically, the 6 1/4 x 6 1/4 size classifies the letter as a "Large Envelope" (smallest dimension > 6 1/8 inches), but since it is so close (1/8" !!) they may not enforce the higher Large Envelope rate.See the post office website for more information: http://pe.usps.com/text/dmm100/postage.htm
