Best Answer
Answer:The game itself will take up 10 to 20 gigs of Hard Disk Space: 10 for plain World of Warcraft, 12-15 for Burning Crusade, 15-20 for Wrath of the Lich King.

Answer:Recommendations are 512 MB for Macintosh version, 1 GB ram for Wintel PC's. It's been run on Macs with 256MB and PCs with 512 MB. It runs faster and better with more memory and expect to have at least a 300MHz Video card with a minimum of 128MB. If you use the lower end memory hardware, expect screen rates to be between 5 and 15 frames per second depending on screen resolution.

A minimum of 256MB of main memory is necessary to run the original World of Warcraft. To add Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King, it moves up to 1 GB minimum. Hard Drive space goes from 5GB to about 30 GB.

Depending on the level you play - original, burning crusade or wrath of the lich king.

Original - 256 MB minimum, 512 Recommended

Burning Crusade and WotLK: 1 Gig Minimum, 2 Gig recommended.

The thing that will make the most difference in your game besides main memory is video card - 256M is a minimum for 30fps at 1280 x 1024, more for higher resolution.

The answer for this is that you can never have enough. One gig is the minimum of RAM, two is optimum. Due to the influence of other players (combat and zone population) it is impossible to have too much RAM. For Windows Vista, double the RAM suggestions above.

A: The latest patch (3.2.2a) takes up about 16.6gb of space for me

Depends on the memory in question. If you mean RAM, if you run Windows XP it takes 1 gig or more. For Windows Vista it takes 2 gigs or more.
