All of Ontario has a program called Bag it Back, where bottled can be returned for the deposit. You can return Coke bottles at any retailer in Toronto that sells Coke. You can also take them to The Beer Store.
Georgia law does not prohibit returning liquor to the store. Stores set their own policies on what returns they will accept. Most will not accept anything that has been opened, but some high end wine dealers will permit returns on "corked" bottles of wine.
Can I return an unopened bottle of alcohol.
Unfortunately, no.
give it to your buddy
To let you know, I work for a Liquor Agency in Ohio and there are many contradictory laws about return policy, considering the state liquor control bill is over hundreds of pages long. For the most part, when I explain the process of returning liquor to a customer, 99% of the time they say it is not even close to being worthwhile to return their liquor. If the bottle is opened, you cannot return it. If you paid cash, you cannot return it etc. etc. It would only be worth your time to return a really expensive bottle like Macallan 25 which goes for almost $800.
no you are not suppose to.
where you enter glass bottles and get money in return!!
I received an inheritance from my father's estate, and the company withheld 20% in taxes to the Federal Government. How do I enter this on my return in order to get those monies refunded?
In Ontario, parents have the right to report a runaway child to the police and seek assistance in locating them. They can also contact child welfare services for support and guidance in managing the situation. Parents have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their child, even if they have run away.
Yes of course as long as it hasn't been opened!
