To acquire a Jamirus monster in Dragon Quest Monsters Joker, you need to synthesize it. There are hundreds of ways to do this, but here are the three that I have personally found effective: Gigantes + Big Dracky Platypunk + Archdemon Lump Wizard + Drakularge Archdemons can be synthesized with a Dark Slime Knight & Gryphon. Gigantes can be Synthesized or captured on a rare chance in Infant Isle's outdoors area near the slimes. Drakularge can only be synthesized, but it has many potential parents so it's very easy to synth.
