I am your same age and height. I weigh about 135-141 pounds (varying on the month ) I would say it is healthy to be around 130 pounds. My friend only weighs 110 and looks extremely sickly. Men don't fine extremely thin women to be attractive but fat people aren't attractive either. Just live a healthy life style (with a few pieces of cake here and there) :)
