Ok. You are obviously worried about being fat. Being 10 is an age, but seeing as all 10 year olds are really different, you should be fine. To answer your question: 50-110 lbs. If you are worried that you are fat, watch your diet, exercise daily, and wait. Honestly, once you reach your teens you will stretch like silly putty and your waist will shrink guaranteed.
