That depends on your chi. Is it a showing chi? If it's being shown in dog shows it can weigh no more than 6 lbs. If it's not being shown, and is just a member of the family your vet can tell you what the right weight is for your chi. Some chi's weigh less, some more. Mine is a 4 year old deerhead and she has a steady weight of 10 lbs.
There is no such thing as a Toy Chihuahua. This is a term used by low quality breeders that want to sell their puppy mill Chihuahuas for more money. No respectable breeder would say they have toy chihuahuas. The Chihuahua breed standard states that a Chihuahua will range from two to six pounds, a "toy" would be on the low end of that scale.
Chihuahuas should be 6 pounds or under.
depending on the specific type of chi (toy/teacup, regular) 6 - 10 pounds
It ranges from a heavy 12 pounds to about 2 pounds (More on the rare side). Keep in mind that chiwawas are 'Toy" puppies.
FUNFACT, Chiwawas and Yorkshire Terriers are competing to be the smallest dog alive!! Currently A Yorkie takes the spot at 1.5 pounds full grown!!
Hope this helps! ~Wikiwizz2000~

It depends upon your chi's structure, the weight of a chi can't be predicted...it's different from one chi to the next. When you take your chi to the vet for it's checkup your vet will be able to tell you if your chi is at a good weight.
