Don't be afraid to feel whatever you're feeling; there's no right or wrong amount of sad for a person to feel. Cry it out if it feels right. If being sad is impacting your life, though, like you've lost interest in things you used to really enjoy or it's getting in the way of you being productive, definitely reach out to somebody and think about getting professional help. Yes i think they should. They ARE smart & there is no reason they shouldn't. I have aspergers & i am in regular education classes. Also, there is someone in my school who i think has AS and he is a sophomore in AP Calculus AB/BC, which is even above most NTs. So i dont rly see any reason to put them in sped. They dont even waant to be there
