The average 11 year old girl, should way about 95-105 pounds. Being over weight is not bad. It just means you need to get off the couch and exercise. During the winter run each day. when your in school try to focus on the foods at your school. Have a fruit each day and a water 2times a week or even everyday. On Saturday's and Sunday's be sure to go to a Basketball court or run laps with some friends. With all these things you'll be sure to lose belly, leg, or butt fat. Don't be disappointed if you only lose like 1 0r 2 pounds. Your defiantly on your way to having a nice body. Remember being under 90 doesn't make you better at running or sports. It means some people just need to lose more weight. Hew knows maybe people under 90 need to gain some weight. It doesn't make you better. Always remember to eat healthy, and never be discouraged by your weight. You fine the way you are and always will be!
