well if your 5-foot-6 that's average height so probably around 140 lbs PS. THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST IS TO ONLY HAVE THREE MEALS A DAY WITH NO SNACKING AND DO 50 CRUNCHES ONE day and do 100 the next so on and so forth... and every time you want a snack do 20 extra crunches.
Note that medical advice relating to weight loss is that a gradual loss of between 0.5 - 1 kg per week (approx 1.2 - 2 pounds) is recommended. Especially if weight loss is to be sustained over a longer duration.
In general and as mentioned above, a mixture of exercise and a healthy diet is required to lose weight.
