If you're a Male the accurate weight is no more than 163 lbs. Im using the army height and weight scale. Google the scale for more information. It depends on whether you are male or female, and how active you are. Remember, muslce weighs more than fat, so a person who is more active will weigh more than most people, but still not be over weight. The important thing is that you are healthy.
