100 micro grams of fentanyl is stronger than the 85 mg of methadone.
200 mcg of fentanyl is the equivalent of 400 milligrams methadone
Can you mix methadone with fentanyl
YES...fentanyl is much stronger.
If you mean fentanyl, then yes you would get high but it is a lethal combination. Fentanyl is 100x stronger than morphine and usually used in cancer patients. I don't suggest mixing the two drugs.
yes
No, Fentanyl will show up as an opiate and methadone will only show up as methadone because it is synthetic and requires its own test to detect it.
Carfentanil is an analogue of the popular synthetic opioid analgesic fentanyl, and is one of the most potent opioids known. Carfentanil, the generic for Wildnil (the combination wild+nil being apropos), is an opioid used in special cases to tranquilize very large wild animals when combined with the sedative Xylazine . Dangerous even with animals, carfentanil is not for human use. This synthetic drug is 100 times stronger than fentanyl; 10,000 times stronger than morphine; 40,000 times stronger than heroin. All things being equal, therefore, as methadone rates in strength between those of fentanyl and morphine, respectively, carfentanil is vastly more potent than methadone without the long-acting effect.
YOU cannot use tramadol in combination with methadone. It is an opiate antagonist which if you are taking methadone can send you into instant severe withdrawl. I do not have the answer for methadone and fentanyl combination but do not use the tramadol methadone combination. If you do or have you are in for a very very scary experience. There are many pain meds you cannot mix with methadone. Take it from a life long methadone patient who has experienced what it is like to mix an opiate antagonist with methadone........Do not try it............................
I have found that the pill is stronger than the liquid, I am on 110mg of liquid, before i was on pills, the pills are much stronger... Ebp &hag
