Most fizzy pops contain a lot of sugar and thus makes you put on weight. The fizzy drinks that contain no sugar do not cause you to put on weight, but they cause you to hold onto weight for longer...if you drink it all the time, then it may be difficult to lose weight.

I can't remember how much they used to cost, but at the moment they cost from 85p to £1.20 (in my experience). 500ml of fizzy drinks (pop) werer averaging 38p
