Pretty much all energy drinks are loaded with sugar. Only if the can says it's sugarless is it actually sugar free. yes it has 12 tablelspoons
No it isn't because there is too much sugar in it. read the label?
While energy drinks are available in both regular sugar-sweetened and sugar-free versions, the amount of sugar in the sugar-sweetened energy drinks varies according to the size and kind of drink chosen. For example, an 8 ounce regular drink might contain 22.6 grams of sugar, while a 16 ounce drink could contain as much as 52 grams of sugar (or 13 teaspoons of sugar). Patients with diabetes who consume sugar-sweetened energy drinks could certainly expect their blood glucose levels to increase!
An eventual, sudden decrease in energy is inevitable after consuming any sort of energy enhancer. Though 5 Hour energy drinks are healthier than Monster, Red Bull or Rockstar energy drinks, a crash will occur at or around the completion of five hours.
well i would have to say it has more than monster and the 5 power energy shots coarse most of the energy you get last you about an hour or less but rockstars have more energy than most energy drinks
I am one of the kids who drinks it and i stopped once real facts started rolling in to much caffeine and sugar messes up your brain
They have a lot of caffeine and sugar, so you get a heart attack if you drink too much.
yes but drinking too much of it will cause you to go very hyper and maybe have sugar overdose
to much energy
No, because it has to much sugar and my Dad drank it and it didn't 't work. Five hour energy sucks so don't use it for a science project.
Sport drinks that are high in electrolytes and low in sugar and sodium are the best.
yes! sports drinks are good for everybody, they have ALOT of electrolites and they dont have much sugar
