If you want to install a turbo you going to have to do little engine work to prevent your engine from blowing, installing a turbo can be expensive. Installing a supercharger doesn't need to much engine work, but can be cheaper than a turbo. It all depends how much time and money you want to spend.

Turbo's have a lower compression ratio, which means stronger pistons and connecting rods are required. It might be possible if the engine was brand new but I still would not suggest it. By the time you got the turbo and the exhaust manifold it requires for turbo to bolt to among other things like a new ecm, detonation sensor, boost sensor, gauge for the dash, etc, etc, you could go to a junk yard and find a turbo engine with everything all ready there for alot less.
