The FWD Chrysler Pacifica has 2 Motor Mounts. They are the same part number and known as either the front & rear or left & right mounts...all the same thing. The Pacifica also has two additional mounts which typically fail. One of them is the Transmission Mounnt and the other is the Rear Torque Strut. You can find a kit that includes all of the above for a complete mount replacement on sites like Amazon in the $120 to $150 range. They are typically made by DEA or MotorKing.
