i believe it was 58 days off per year for good time and with this sentence length you could get 6 months is a halfway house ( They're worse than prison) so I think it'd be about 30-38 months if it was a drug charge and you go into drug program and complete it they knock off another year usually the wait to get in is 6 months to a year. plus you should get credit for anytime already served before your sentenced. goodluck.
I only know the answer as it applies to Federal sentencing. 1st the term is 48 months. The rule of thumb is 85% provided there are no GCT good conduct time losses although inaccurate. But to be accurate you would have to serve 12 months, then subtract 54 days from the remaining balance and do this through the 3rd year, the final period gets prorated so it's 419 days credit for 365 days served, the last period (less than 1 year) gets prorated at 4.5 days per month. Since you can not receive credit on time you don't actually serve it often works out to be over 85%
1460 days, sorry if its you going
how much time do you serve on a 3 year sentence in a arizona state prison complex-perryville?
A long, long time homey.
That all depends on the charge and the sentencing Judge. One may have to serve the entire length or others may only serve a portion depending on the circumstances.
6 years
Three years.
at least 85%
15 years..........
3 years.
It depends on the sentence and prior criminal history.
4 years
The answer lies within the question. 4 to 10 years means - you must serve a minimum of 4 years but you can serve up to a maximum of 10 years. Any length of time falling between those two times set by law, is at the discretion of the sentencing judge or jury.
4 months sentence you will serve half of 4 is 2 months 60 days
