You should feed your goldfish as much as it can eat in 2 to 3 minutes two times per day.
Goldfish are very easy to overfeed as they like to behave as though they are always hungry.
Once a day should suffice, but it all depends on how much time you put into your fish tank. The more frequently you feed it, the faster it grows. And keep in mind that they have no stomachs so they produce a lot of waste.
For baby goldfish (fish of 3 inches or smaller) I'd recommend feeding them small eye sized amounts 2-3 times a day. For adult goldfish (+4 inches and up) feed them 1-2 times a day a small amount that makes their abdomen bulge slightly but never make them look fat or bloated (if your fish looks fat or bloated skip feeding for a couple days) Don't forget treats! Feed baby goldfish treats 1-2 times weekly an amount about the size of one of their eyes. For adult goldfish I would recommend giving treats 2 times a week and greens at least once a week to prevent constipation.
For young fish three times a day is optimal; for larger/older fish once or twice daily is fine.
1 pelet a day if not they will die
Well First off You don't feed carrots to gold fish.
your fish need to be fed 2-3 times a day. if your fish doesn't eat every thing in five minutes the take rest food out with goldfish net. but i feed my goldfish 1-2 times a day and their food that i give them is SUPA goldfish flake food or i give them goldfish pallets.
It depends on the fish. For young goldfish feed them 2-3 times a day- they need the extra feeding because their small stomachs can only hold so much food at one time which can result in malnutrition. For adult goldfish feeding then 1-2 times a day is fine, and for elderly goldfish feed a goldfish formulated diet once a day and a treat of green peas everyday to every other day to help reduce the risk of becoming constipated.
feed them 2 every day
You should feed your fish as much as it can eat in 2-3 minutes twice a day.
it really doesnt matter as long as you try to feed the goldfish around the same time every day.
the goldfish must only be fed a sprinkle a day as if it is overfed its stomach will bloat and your fish will die
If your goldfish is not very active and lives in a small bowl or something similair it doesn't need much food at all, You could feed it 2-3 pellets or a small pinch of flakes per day. If your goldfish is in a tank at least 10 Gallons(40 liters) than you can feed it twice a day for about two minutes. Feed it slow enough that it gets the food without it sinking to the bottom.
best to do flake or pellets food feed 3 times a day do how many about 2 or 3 per goldfish not too much. Do tropical or goldfish food to feed goldfish. They need cold water or as warm as tropical fish in degrees. You can put tropical with goldfish. You can put goldfish outside in a pond. WARNING! DON'T PUT TROPICAL IN POND OUTSIDE OR THEY WILL DIE! I MEAN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you should only feed it once a day unless it gets really huge (like mine did) and if it gets huge you should feed it atleast twice a day Goldfish should not be fed everyday, goldfish do not have stomaches and have a very poor digestive system....when they eat this means the food will just pass straight through and of course will leave its back end into the water. They are basically swiming around in their toilet. They may seem gutsy but they will eat and eat as much as you give them. This will then contaminate the water and may kill your fish. Goldfish can go 2 weeks without feeding.....so feeding them everyday is way to much, especially if the tank is small. Feed them every other day at the most.
5 times a day
