Yes, as with the Holland Tunnel, you pay the toll when traveling from NJ to NY. No toll when traveling from NY to NJ.
Toll paid heading into NY. Westbound to NJ is free. Some restrictions apply.
It depends on how you pay and what you drive. The standard toll for a regular passenger vehicle paying cash is $13 and motorcycles pay $12.

If going on I 95 Tunnel you pay $3 toll I 95 North $6+$4 if you stay I 95. I will like to know on I 76 how much you pay it is shorter. by at least 70miles.
The quickest and cheapest route is to take I-85N from ATL to I-77N in Charlotte to I-81N in VA to I-78E in PA to NYC. I-78 merges with the NJ Turnpike-Newark Bay Extension (NJ Turnpike exit 14) for about 8 miles (which I believe is a $1.60 toll) before it ends at the Holland Tunnel (Exit 14C). The toll for the tunnel into Manhattan was $8 as of late 2010.
you should take the Manhattan bridge follow the holland tunnel signs and get to NJ without paying any tolls. however on your way back you must pay the toll for entering nyc.
Depends on which toll you had in mind - they're not all the same.
$4
A properly licensed bus does not need any special permits to travel inter-state, whether it be through the tunnel or over the bridge-- They do however, have to pay the toll.
If you have already gone through the tunnel or one of Sydney's other cashless toll roads, you must buy an E-pass within 48 hours of your trip. This is done by going to http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/usingroads/etoll/pass/index.html and filling out the form for the E-toll pass. Please be informed, you are not to buy an e-toll TAG, but an E-toll PASS. You must purchase an E-pass unless you already have an e-tag, which you would know if you did.
