The pregnancy and the divorce has nothing to do with it. A minor cannot move out without parent's consent. There are some loopholes however, but I would STRONGLY suggest researching the laws before you do anything, especially depending on the age difference between you two. If the "adult" is much older than the "minor" depending on how old the minor is, the adult can get into some serious trouble and possibly receive jail time. They register them as a sex offender and he has to live with that the rest of his life. My boyfriend and I had this trouble a while back and he faced this but we got out of it, so you need to be extremely careful! Other than that I would suggest waiting until you are 18, or getting one of your parent's agreement.AnswerThe pregnancy is irrelevant and the divorce is irrelevant. A minor cannot leave home without the permission of their custodial parent, unless they have been emancipated. AnswerThere is another issue here that needs to be addressed, and that is the ages of the minor and the adult involved in the relationship. All states have laws pertaining to minor and adult relationships. Even if the minor is of the age of sexual consent as established by state laws, there are many other laws that could result in very serious consequence for the adult. A few are, contributing to the deliquency of a minor, corruption of the morals of a minor, coercion and/or intimidation of a person of authority, supplying alcohol to an underaged person, and so forth. The persons involved might wish to consider consulting with an attorney before discussing the issue with anyone else, or taking any further action concerning the relationship.
Why not? A legally emancipated minor has pretty much all the rights of an adult, having a roommate doesn't change anything.
Very much so! They could easily end up in jail. The laws vary from state to state, but a 5 year difference and an adult with a minor is going to get a lot of people really ticked off.
Jail time the most severe duplicating on the age consumed and how many counts and the severity of the minor being under the influence
If tried a a juvenile, a minor may be committed to the custody of the state until they become an adult. That could be a very long time.
well he/she couldn't be charged as an adult and it depends on how old he/she is and why he/she has drugs usually on cases ive heard of the minor is in possetion of drugs because an adult tries to hide the drugs by giving them to a minor but i guess the kid might go to detention home for a while the time depending on how much they are in possetion of
i dont think theyd get in any trouble cuz 16 is the legal age to move where u want to
Yes, until some jerk puts something in his soda, after which the minor may have trouble sitting anywhere. It is much better for the minor to stay the hell out of the bar in the first place. Hang out with other minors and do minor things or you could have a MAJOR problem!
Philippines suffers from widespread corruption. Means of corruption include graft, bribery, embezzlement, backdoor deals, nepotism, and patronage.
Absolutely. It doesn't matter how much, it's still giving alcohol to someone underage. If a child drinks a half of an alcoholic beverage (that you gave them) and they don't even get a little woozy, will you get in trouble? Nothing happened to them, but you STILL gave it to them. It's Supplying alcohol to a minor no matter how much is supplied. Good question though. Absolutely. It doesn't matter how much, it's still giving alcohol to someone underage. No i do not think so because the boy is 18 um... but about the girl i think she will get in to trouble but if the adults are fine then i think she will not get in to that much trouble If the parents press charges, the 18 year old boy could find himself charged with rape and sex with a minor child, as well as being known as a sex offender for the rest of his life, which requires registering in every city as a former sex offender even into his adult life.
How much trouble can you get into for shinning a lazier
