Well, think about it, you must drink 6-8 glasses of 250ml measurement of water (the standard size of a drinking glass). So if you have 7 days in the week you need to have 42-56 glasses of water a week!! If you are thinking of switching water for sugary drinks, don't!! With high sugar levels, they can easily boost your level of sugar intake. So stick with water, obviously a sugary drink now and then is fine, just don't drink too much. (my advice)
However if you need more advice, check on legitimate health sites or contact your doctor or nutritionist, they can help you with this and maybe give advice on how much water you should drink depending on the level of fitness or exercise you take. :)
