About 5 full cups after drinking it, the more the better because water makes up 70% of your muscles and your liver needs it to break down the protien other wise not enough water can and will lead to liver problems, or just headaches, loss of appitite, low energy and you will have a hard time breaking things down, that's from first hand experience
