Miniature horses are honestly not meant to bear any weight upon their backs. They're really best for pulling carts. But if your goal is to photograph your granddaughter atop the back of your mini for a moment, I'd say you should seriously reconsider putting anything near 40 pounds on his or her back for any amount of time. Remember, they're not ponies, they're horses. There's a difference.
It depends how much the horse weighs and what breed.
I believe that the weight limit was about 100 lbs. give or take a few pounds.

There is no standard answer because the density of the pellets vary too much. Take a quart of your feed and weigh it on a kitchen scale to get an accurate weight.
HOW MUCH TO HORSE TRAILERS WEIGH?The typical 2-horse trailer, without dressing room, will weigh around 2,600 lbs. Whether it is made of aluminum, aluminum and steel or all steel, makes little difference. Materials used in construction only become a significant weight factor in larger trailers such as a 3-horse and larger.A 2-horse with dressing room will weight about 3,300 lbs. In addition to the trailer, you must also take into consideration the weight of horses and related tack/gear being transported.
This can take some time. With the horse saddled and bridled up, also put a halter on it, tie a rope to the halter and to a weight, get on and then off and walk a few feet away. The horse will try to walk off but will have to drag the weight. Now if you want to be really careful you can tie a longer rope also that you can hold so the horse wont take off running if spooked by the weight. When you dismount always take the reins down or off over the horses head and drop them so they touch the ground. If the horse really drags the weight you need to find a heavier one. Let the horse wonder awhile and then mount up again. Do this several times and each time walk off a little further for a little longer and soon your horse will get the idea. As soon as your horse does not move the weight, you can lighten it a bit until you are only using the reins for a weight. Now this will take maybe days to teach. Be patient, your horse may have to drag the weight until it gets tired of it. This will work. *
You should exercise the horse every day, but take it easy at first and then build up a routine. It depends on your horse's health, size, weight, age, etc.
depends on the structure of the horse box, how ever most boxes are made ground level with concrete floors.. so they can with stand atleast 4-5tonne
This depends on the breed of horse, condition and age. Horses can weigh anything from below 50 kg to over a tonne. Umm, I was thinking for example andalusian, or American quarter horse, or tanessee walking horse. I really need that info!!!
That's one cause. The best answer would come from a visit by an equine veterinarian.
for howrse ... 19.8 Answer 2: Horses require anywhere from 1% to3% of their body-weight in feed a day. Going by a strict number such as 2.2 pounds of hay per 100 pounds of body-weight can cause problems if the horse is an easy or hard keeper as it may be too much or too little. However at 2.2 pounds per 100 pounds of body-weight for a 900 pound horse that would equal out to 19.8 pounds of hay a day. ( 2.2 x9=19.8).
