Every attempt at losing weight has to start with eating less calories than you're using.
Even fruits and veggies have calories, and if you get too many of those you won't lose weight regardless.
Besides, only fruits and vegs are unlikely to give you all the nutrients you need, which in the longer run can make you sick.
You're better off sticking with a more planned diet(like weightwatchers) instead of improvising like that.

Calories come from how much sugar there is in the fruit - so if you juice the fruit you will still have the same amount of calories in the juice. The only difference is that you can take on board more fruits by juicing them than you could by eating them individually as your body has to break down food that hasn't been juiced. You will not put on weight by eating raw fruit or by juicing raw fruit - your calorie concerns should only be from cooked fatty and sugary foods that your body finds difficult to digest and eliminate.
well it all depends on your body type like shape n stuff ad how old you are and what sex you are and stuff like that. If you are a bit concerned on being overweight but like not too much at the moment like a healthy weight, just keep healthy by excersiing daily and eating fresh fruit and vegies and healthy stuff, but you can always treat yourself every now and then don't forget haha.
