I would say 10 if you really excersized everyday. Depends on your height and your diet of course. But I would say having 5 things to eat everyday and lots of water and an hour of excersize a day should make you lose about 10 pounds

You can lose up to 28/30 lb - that's if you drink water and milk or juice drinks like cranberry juice etc. Stay away from sugary drinks (like most soda pop)

Don't eat any fatty foods, count up your calories if you can and check each day how much your weight has changed. Also exercise. If you have Wii fit - good do - about 1 - 1/2 hours on that .. and also do 50 sit-ups each night and don't snack. Realize that the weight loss may be only a few pounds each week so you may not see much change from one day to the next, but if you track it daily and you are following an effective weight loss program, you should see a consistent downward trend from week to week. If you see a jump of a couple of pounds from one day to the next, you probably ate more than you thought the previous day and may need to reduce your food intake that day and get more exercise. If you fluctuate up by single pound - no big deal - as long as the trend for the entire week is downward.

To lose a pound of fat, you need to eat 3500 calories less than your TDEE (the number of calories you must eat to maintain your weight). That means if you want to lose a pound per week, you have to eat 500 calories under your TDEE every day.

If you want to lose two pounds per week, you must eat 1000 calories under your TDEE every day.

It is generally considered unsafe to lose more than 2 pounds a week unless you are extremely obese.

So in three months, 25 pounds is a pretty reasonable upper limit.

Some fad diets will promise more than this, but overly aggressive weight loss will cause excessive muscle loss.
