Actually, you won't lose much weight because a five foot, five person who weighs 120 pounds is basically already at it's ideal weight, henceforth, it would be hard for a lean person to lose a lot of weight through fasting. Actually, the more overweight you are, the more weight you lose through fasting and overweight people lose lots of weight through fasting faster as well. :) Hope this helps!!

Thruthfully speaking, at your height anf weight...you are slightly underweight. Actually, you don't need to lose any weight. Any lower and you'll look bad.

Fasting causes your body to hold on to fat...not shed it. Go about it eating smaller meals that are more healthy.

Pretty much nothing. You might lose 2 pounds, which you'll put back about immediately when you return to eating. It's their general lifestyle that get people overweight, so what people need to lose weight is a general lifestyle change. One day of fasting doesn't do a thing.
