Purging after meals can be a dangerous way to lose weight and should not be tried as a "diet". It can lead to bulimia nervosa and a distorted body image .

Purged is the past tense of purge. It's the term used when bulimics vomit/puke after eating so they lose weight but it's dangerous. :)

You would lose about 1kg every 25 - 26 days.

How would that help you lose weight? They are loaded with calories.

Not necessarily. To lose weight you must use, or burn, more calories than you take in.

Probably not. I think that dogs lose weight just the same as we do, so in that case Dogs do NOT lose weight easily. I myself find it quite hard to lose weight but I try. My Staffy, Buster is very bulky but is not fat,so he has no problem at all with his weight. He would not need to because he is healthy and fit, walked every day and fed well.

Yes if you use it every day but you can gain some to in the way of muscle it will help you lose fat.

Of course! every sport helps you loose weight

I would expect that one would lose weight after miscarriage due to the sloughing off of the products of conception.

you wont lose weight unless you exercise or stop eating certain foods

I would suggest checking into Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig if you would like to lose weight. They are both popular with good reputations. I have had friends and family that have done both and were able to lose weight.

yes, if it is heated up and evaporates. But, if you would like to lose weight, check my blog for more information:

To lose weight, you need to diet and exercise. The amount of weight you would lose would depend on many factors, such how how long / how instense you worked out, what type of exercises you're doing, the calories you ate, how much you slept, and so on. With that amount, you can easily lose 5 to 10 lbs in 3 weeks time, though.

Why would an underweight kid want to lose weight anyways? That's not healthy!

you will lose some weight but i would change it up a bit

You would lose a small amount of weight, very small. I would recommend you to toss in a diet as well.

There are many people that can lose a pound of weight every day but it is not healthy to do so. Losing one to two pounds a week is a good amount to lose.

If you are eating an appropriate diet, then even a half hour of exercise a day is sufficient for you to lose weight.

no you just get rid of all the excess food in your stomach. to lose weight, eat right and exercise every day... On Brainiac they did a test where a man would eat a supplement of food and we would be weighed in right before we would go to the bathroom. They weighed him when he came out and lost more than a pound of weight. So yes you do.

Nobody can know that for sure. In addition, we do not know your present weight. However, why would you choose to lose weight by staving yourself for 26 days. It is not a healthy or comfortable way to lose weight.

The reason you would lose weight in this suit is by excercising in it you would get sweaty and burn calories, and then finally lose weight. by:Hannah

You would lose a lot of weight, but you would die after one week, so that isn't a good idea...

You maybe would lose a little weight but as soon as you eat again your metabolism would kick in and you would start to gain the weight back and some more after that too . You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight . Exercise & lower your portions and then you will start seeing results. Starving yourself or purging are the worst possible ways to try to lose weight .

I think you meant "how do "I" lose weight without my parents knowing?" My first question would be, why can't your parents know that you want to and/or trying to lose weight??

Not actual "weight" weight. If they did lose any weight, it would just be water weight, and wouldn't be actual fat loss.
