You can expect to pay about $15 for an extra 8 GB micro SD memory card.
The R4 doesn't hold memory, it's the MicroSD card that you insert into the R4DS that has storage. It will support MicroSD cards with storage of up to 2GB (non-SDHC).
It depends on the type of nokia phone that you have. Most nokia phones has a microSD card slot so you can add more memory to your phone.
RAM: 512MB -- for running apps ROM: 512MB -- for apps Storage: 4GB integrated -- for videos/music/pictures/documents 4GB microSD card* -- for videos/music/pictures/documents * microSD card is bundled by some network providers. It can be removed and replaced with another microSD card with upto 32GB of storage
It comes with a 256mb memory card built in, but it can also use a hardrive for extra storage.
Yes, this is called shared memory. But it isn't useful, its mostly a gimmick because the memory speed is much slower than a graphics card with dedicated memory.
Just form factor. microSDs are much smaller than a standard SD card. microSD cards are typically used for small and mobile devices whereas standard-sized SD cards can be used for laptops and specialty cases like digital SLR cameras.
A 4GB card should be more than enough for the event and even allow some extra room for videos.
If you bought the original R4DS you will need a microsd card that is not SDHC (high capacity). They max out at 2 gigs (4 gig nearly impossible to find) If you bought a version of r4ds that reads SDHC, you can pretty much get any microsd card (I'd recommend a 4gb....i have a 2gig and i can barely play all the games i have) After you have your microsd card, plug it into your computer using a card reader or some type of adaptor. Goto the manufactorers website of your r4 card and download the firmware files and put them on your microsd card. Make a folder called games, and put your .nds files in there.
it depends on how much memory it holds
With a memory card you have a larger amount of memory on your phone. However much is on the memory card. So more space to hold pics and etc.
SD refers to the Secure Digital memory card, a particular type of removable flash memory chip for use in small appliances to either add memory or provide a portable memory function. It features a sliding switch that can lock the card and prevent data from being erased or written. SD cards are rapidly becoming the standard, along with MicroSD, which is a much smaller card that is used primarily in smart phones, but can also be used in an adapter. A third SD card, the Mini-SD, has not caught on to the extent of the Micro. One needs to be careful when purchasing the smaller cards to be sure the right one is selected, as they look much alike.
Not much on anything, but that depends on what you are using.
