Ok, so to access the map editor, go to where Starcraft II is installed (e.g. c:\Program Files\Starcraft II) and in that folder is an application entitled Starcraft II Editor.exe. At least that is where it is on mine.

No you can find it by searching your computer for Starcraft II and the galaxy editor will be listed. It's called the Starcraft II Editor, not the Starcraft II Galaxy Editor.

The game will be split into three separate products, based around the terran, zerg and protoss campaigns respectively. The first is called StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, the second will be called StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm and the third will be called StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void. So if by Starcraft 2 you mean Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty then yes only terran but there will be three game products for the zerg and protoss campaigns.
