Nissan has not imported this car to the U.S. and it is not certified for sale here. First off it is right hand drive. It also does not meet the DOT emissions controls test. It also has not been crash tested and certified by the DOT. Nissan does not import the Skyline although the current Japanese Skyline two-door is the car known as the Infiniti G35 Coupe in America. Parts for this car are non-existent in the U.S. There are a few importers that can sell a legal Skyline in the U.S. but they are very expensive. right hand drive doesn't mean a thing. lots of silvias (S13s) are in the US. same with *some other imports. like a wrx, some rx7s. You can legalized the Nissan skyline but you have to take away some components, and then adding things to reduce the emission and will have less horse power and it will cost thousands of dollars
I dont know much but i have heard that Nissan skyliners, but u could bring them 2 the usa and will cost u 200,000 and 2 bring them to the usa is 62,000
depends if you want an N/A or turbo or with any mods and how good condition between 2-8 K
From what I know Skyline cost about 10 million dollars to make.
The actual cost of the postage / freight would be slight. However the import of live vegetable matter (and seeds would be considered as such) is strictly controlled, and would require import permission from Agriculture Dept. These costs may well exceed simple postage.
In Jan 2012 I got quotes from two different companies and it was around 14 000 euros.
A Nissan Navara outlaw is a pick-up that is one of Australia's biggest selling models. A used 2008 Nissan Navara outlaw costs $28000. The latest model is around $35000.
If it was built in a NAFTA country, you must pay 5% GST on the original NEW price of the car. If it was not built in a NAFTA country, you must pay both 5% GST and 7% Duty, again based on the full price when purchased new. You cannot cross the border with the vehicle until those fees are paid.Example: For a Skyline purchased in the U.S. for $30,000*, the you would have to pay either $1,500.00, or $3,600.00, depending on where the car was assembled. There are also vehicle age and emissions restrictions that must be met.*Note: Even if you buy a used vehicle, the import tax and duty is calculated based on the full retail price of the vehicle when it was brand new.
