If it was built in a NAFTA country, you must pay 5% GST on the original NEW price of the car. If it was not built in a NAFTA country, you must pay both 5% GST and 7% Duty, again based on the full price when purchased new. You cannot cross the border with the vehicle until those fees are paid.
Example: For a Skyline purchased in the U.S. for $30,000*, the you would have to pay either $1,500.00, or $3,600.00, depending on where the car was assembled. There are also vehicle age and emissions restrictions that must be met.
*Note: Even if you buy a used vehicle, the import tax and duty is calculated based on the full retail price of the vehicle when it was brand new.
Japan is Canada's 2nd biggest trading partners. USA is its biggest trading partner. If something happens between USA and Canada, Canada would have to rely on Japan for its biggest trading.
because if there wasn't gold in Canada there would not be jewelry. They use it for special art. And also Canada will not be able to import or export gold.
Crude petroleum is Canada's largest import, followed by cars. Other popular items Canada imports include refined petroleum, delivery trucks, and vehicle parts.
it would be the Nissan skyline in the first one its the yellow one that Leon drove and in the second one its the silver and blue one that Brian drove and in the third one it the one that Han and Shaun did the donut around
Humans would have a third eye and there would be no Canada nada! :D
That is a good question. Even if you had a Skyline stripped to parts it would still have a serial number and import documents stating it's origin would be required by US Customs. You might be able to import a used Skyline from Canada under North American Free Trade rules. Canadians can import used Japanese cars 15 year and older, so Skylines are found in Canada. Do some study on the laws-you might be able to import one.
the weight of a '98 nissan skyline sedan FR is 1400kg or 3086lbs. the awd version would be some what heavier hope this helps.
Challenger because it is the best car in the world and owns that jdm crap they call a skyline
it depends what year is the skyline but if it is a drag race the ford shelby wouldve won but if it was a circut race the skyline would left the mustang to shreds because its more lighter and easier to use. myself i would use a skyline because its more affortable and its really fast and nissan keeps improving it to go faster. theres a new nissan called the GTR it would totally beat the ford shelby 500 supersnake by alot.
that depends on what type of mustang your talking about, if its the everyday mustang gt, then the skyline would leave it in the dust, but if its a shelby gt 500, or a saleen or something then it would be a good race but i think the mustang would edge it out in a drag race, but in a curciut race, the skyline would be too much to handle.
The Nissan skyline fast and furious model car originally was priced at $39.99 usd and is now retired and probably would expect to pay between $55 and $75 usd
Yes because if the cops tried to pull you over you would be able to outrun them easily
Anything is possible with enough money. I think it would be many, many thousands of dollars, though. Like, at least $50000.
That would depend on the mods done to the engine, but they can go very quick. I have seen one going 360K/ph
depends if you want an N/A or turbo or with any mods and how good condition between 2-8 K
The 2012 skyline is faster than any C6 in 0-60 and 1/4mile (11.1@124 vs. 11.4@129 for zr1) above 130-135 the zr-1 would start pulling away. Top speeds 197 for the skyline vs. 205 for the zr-1.
Piston Heads, Auto Evolution, Auto Trader, Car Sales, Car Gurus, Moto Authority, Amazon, eBay, and Craigslist are all sites an individual can visit to find various cars for sale including a Nissan R34 Skyline. Another option would be to visit a Nissan dealership to see if they have it available there. An individual may also be able to find it for sale on a used car lot.
