I say good luck to you on this one. It took me 20 calls to junk yards to just find a headlight assembly. It's being shipped from North Dakota to Wisconsin at this moment and it's costing me $165. These trucks were not mass produced and were only made from 2001 to2005. Parts are hard to find at cheap prices.
You can't replace just the wheel bearings. You have to replace the whole hub assembly. Costs about 200 bucks per wheel at a repair shop. I have had both of mine replaced.

You have to pull off the front bumper 1st. Then after you pull off the front bumper, then you have to disconnect the whole light from the car. After that you can replace the bulb.
