how much would an 1960 singer sawing machine sell for
$295
1960-1970
1960
1960
1960-1963
it was made in 1960
This question is rather vague. In the 1960's Singer came out with a Touch and Sew sewing machine that had a set of plastic cams. They were disks that fit into a spool at the top of the machine. Each disc made the machine perform stitches differently.
It was made in the early 1960's and in the USA. I don't know if it was made in Canada or Britain also.
It depends on the quality grade you are looking for. A Singer Quick fix is $59.95 at Target. The hand-held battery-operated one is $10.47 at Walmart. See links below. They also have a couple of higher class ones at Walmart as well.
My mother sewed all my toddler clothes on a Wizard sewing machine and I was born in 1960, so I know she purchased it between that year and about 1964. She gave me this sewing machine and it still sews like it's brand new. I love it!!
Continental League ended in 1960.
I too have one of these sewing machines. I found the original receipt with the one that I inherited. It was dated 1955. From what I have found this model was made from around 1954 until 1960.
Mr. Machine was created in 1960.
