Your Lincoln-Kennedy penny is a novelty item created by someone who stamped Kennedy's head on the penny after it left the mint.
These were popular to use as advertising items in the 70's and were usually attached to some kind of card that proclaimed the "Astonishing Coincidences" between the two presidents. However, some of the "coincidences" require stretching historical reality more than a bit.
You can see an example here : http://www.workingmancoins.com/ForSale/TokNov.htm
These generally sell for anything between a few cents to a couple of dollars, although I have seen some sell for over $10 on eBay (why I'll never know).

Is it just a novelty
1865 would make it an early Indian head penny, not a Lincoln wheat penny. It's not the rarest of dates. In worn condition it's worth around $10, and in uncirculated condition it's worth a little over $100.
1918 is not a rare date for Lincoln cents. In circulated condition, it's worth about 5 cents. A nice uncirculated one is worth about $20
What would the worth of a 1901 penny be?
How much would an 1897 indain head penny be worth today in 2012
The intrinsic value of a 1952 penny would be 0.93 cents at the approximate current value of copper. As for its numismatic value, that varies from year to year. Currently it might be worth as much as $4.00 in excellent condition, otherwise it might be worth around fifteen cents.
Nothing, none were made. Your coin is plated. It would be "cents-less" to make a penny out of silver because it would be worth more than a dollar.

The Lincoln, Wheat Ears Reverse penny weighs 3.11 grams. The Lincoln, Memorial Reverse penny (1959 to 1982) weighs 3.11 grams. The Lincoln, Memorial Reverse penny (1982 to present) weighs 2.5 grams. So it would all depend on which year the penny was minted.
It's only a penny spend it.
It is worth a penny.
An MS-60 1955-S penny would sell for around $2-3 retail.
Before the Lincoln penny (1909 - when he would have been 100 years old) it was a Native American.
