Your Lincoln-Kennedy penny is a novelty item created by someone who stamped Kennedy's head on the penny after it left the mint.

These were popular to use as advertising items in the 70's and were usually attached to some kind of card that proclaimed the "Astonishing Coincidences" between the two presidents. However, some of the "coincidences" require stretching historical reality more than a bit.

These generally sell for anything between a few cents to a couple of dollars, although I have seen some sell for over $10 on eBay (why I'll never know).
