It entirely depends on where you wish to stay. Hotels around Paris & Disneyland Paris have a wide variety of prices.

back when? lol
It depends on where you a staying in Paris and current traffic conditions within Paris. Lets say you are close to the peripheral ring and can get quickly out of Paris itself, you would have another 35/40 minutes of driving to get to Disneyland Paris (EuroDisney does not exist any more, now call Disneyland Paris). Take the taxi EARLY in the morning out of Paris because congestion during the daytime is SEVERE!!
Approx 13 Euros per adult by train
For anyone who doesn't live in Belgium, approximately none. The furthest point in Belgium from Disneyland Paris is still only about four hours from it by car or train, so any Disney park in Belgium would be much more likely to "cannibalize" attendance at the existing park than to create any new business for Disney.
Disneyland Paris Is Much Better. If You Love Rides Then You'll Love This Place. So Go Have A Brill Holiday.
Yes, they currently have the new retro style exclusive to Disneyland Paris. They ate amazing, but roughly 200€ each- so much less affordable than the ones you find stateside.
It depends on how many people, where you want to stay & at which Disneyland, California, Paris, Tokyo... for instance in California one adult staying at the Disneyland Hotel in January 2016 for six days would cost $341 a night & that doesn't include tickets.
Realistically, for Disney land Paris around, 20million and for Florida 50million+. But it's not for sale anyway. Sorry :L
All the money in the world
The RER (regional rail system) is a much faster and cheaper alternative. See the Related Link for "Travelling to Disneyland Paris" below for further information.
Miles between Calais and Paris197. This is on the basis of going along the D1, A11 and A10 which should take about 3hr 20mins - depending on how much traffic there is in Paris.
