For the less than 50cc scooter you must buy a 3 year sticker that costs $15 for 3 years. For a 50cc scooter or larger, it costs about the same as a motorcycle at $30 or so.

yes, you need a license to operate any type of moped. But i think it would be a waste to get a moped lower than 50cc. i actually prefer 150cc becase it is not to much bigger and it goes 65mph instead of 35 for the 50cc.
it depends on how much cc it has yes that is true but more specific, 50cc mopeds usually top out at 35 mph and 125cc mopeds top out at 65mph i hope that helped. not true i bought a 2004 50cc mosquito English brand scooter and it went 65

I have a 50cc scooter that the manufacturer says that I should use 90+ octane. This means that I'm already using the highest octane gasoline that I can buy a a local gas station. Therefore my answer to the question would be that there will be no increase in my speed.
