1800 miles @ 40 miles per gallon = 1800/40 = 45 gallons

45 gallons @ 4.00 a gallon = 45*4.00 = 180.00

A Honda VTX 1800 six cylinder gets about 25 miles per gallon in the city. On the highway the mileage varies from 32 to 40 miles per gallon generally dependent on the quality of fuel and driving habits.

Good grief that would be several hundred miles. You would be traveling the state which is about 600 miles and then another 700 to 800 miles if I am figuring right. A total of 1500 to 1800 miles. I am guessing here, but I think it would be in that ball park.

At 60 MPH average, about 30 hours.

Number of hours would be 45 Miles/hr 1800 Miles 1800 Miles * 45 Miles / hour = 40 hours

Assuming gas is around 3.50 a gallon it will cost you about 370.5. Per every ten cents more per gallon it will cost you ten more dollars overall. so if it is 3.60 a gallon it will be approx. $381.

27 hours 41 minutes at 65 mph, excluding stops.

That would depend on if the went by sea or by land. By sea, it would be about 750 miles (675 nautical miles). By land, the journey is about 1800 miles.

To cover the 1,800 miles will require at least 30 hoursand 2 minutes of driving time if you maintain a steady 60 mph. You will have to add time for stops, detours and other delays.
