150cc is a measure of cylinder volume for combustion Engines. Doesn't make sens to ask for a 150 cc Electric road bike. Unless you want a hybrid, dual drivetrain vehicle.
A lot!
well it is said that Joseph Henry built it. In correcttion it was Michael Faraday.

The FAB-1 is a custom concept designed and built by Ford Motor Company, based on the Ford Thunderbird. It was custom-made for the movie
There were electric motors built and patented using direct current. The first commutator-type direct current electric motor capable of turning machinery was invented by the British scientist William Sturgeon in 1832. Another was built Emily and Thomas Davenport and patented in 1837. By 1888 Nikola Tesla built and patented his alternating current motor wich is the one to power homes and builduings today.
Depends who made it and what style of bike it is.
In 1821, Michael Faraday built a machine that made a piece of metal move due to the flow of electricity. Although the amount of motion was small, this was the first published design of an electric motor. All subsequent developments in the use of electricity to make motors work came out of this invention. The first electric motor able to turn machinery was built by William Sturgeon in 1832.
The electric motor changes electric energy into mechanical energy.
An electric motor
It's not certain who built the first one, but many agree it may be a Hungarian man in 1828 (yes, 1828) by the name of Ányos Jedlik, who built a small scale vehicle using an electric motor he designed and built.
I have a 95 Buick LaSabre Custom and the blower motor is located in the engine compartment center of where the dashboard would be. It has a electric plug attached to it and 5 bolts that hold the motor in place.
Controls the application of voltage to the motor to control speed and direction of the motor. If there is a built in charger it would also control the charging process.
